Single N-Channel JFET switch. The 2N4392 features many of the superior characteristics of JFETs which make it a good choice for demanding analog switching applications and for specialized amplifier circuits.
Replaces Interfet, Intersil, Motorola, National / Fairchild, Philips, Vishay / Siliconix 2N4392, J300, J308, J309, J310, 2N5434, PN5434, 2N4092, PN4092, 2N4857A, PN4857A, SST4392, PN4392, U310 & equivalent to J111 or J112.
