Bare Die Product Detail: CD4093B

NAND Gate:
The CD4093B Quad 2-Input NAND Gate produced on a 3µm 15CMOS process consists of x4 2-input NAND gates with Schmitt trigger action inputs. Hysteresis voltage converts slowly changing input signals into jitter-free output with high noise immunity.
Direct replacement for legacy Fairchild CD4093B, National CD4093B, Motorola MC14093B, Harris or RCA CD4093B & Texas Instruments CD4093BH. Operates over the full military temperature range & is well suited for high reliability applications.
