Small-Signal MOSFET:
N-Channel 20V (D-S) , 0.6A Low-Voltage 1.8V specified MOSFET bare die. Optimised for low voltage operation this product features high speed and low on-resistance.
Benefiting from extremely small size, this MOSFET bare die suits small-size integration. The chip is also ruggedized with high reliability gold back metal and features an integral ESD protection diode.
