Analog Temperature Sensor:
The LM335 linear-output temperature sensor operates over a wide -40°C to 100°C temperature range and can be specifically calibrated for the application. The small size, low impedance and linear output of the device enables simple circuit integration.
This part directly replaces legacy National Semiconductor (NSC) / Texas Instruments (TI) LM335 MWC OR LM335 MDC and ST Micro LM335
