Half-Bridge Driver:
600V Half-Bridge High Voltage gate driver IC with integrated front-end oscillator supplied in bare die form for driving IGBTs and MOSFETs. The output driver features a high pulse current buffer stage designed for minimum driver cross-conduction.

Using latch immune CMOS technology, this rugged IC is driven by a programmable C_T, R_T oscillator. Noise immunity is achieved via low di/dt peak of the gate drivers.
