Bare Die Product Detail: CD4040B

Counter/Arithmetic/Parity Logic:
The CD4040B is a 12-bit ripple carry binary counter. Counter state advances on the negative–going edge of the clock pulse & is cleared by logic high on the Asynchronous Reset input. Schmitt trigger input action enables unlimited rise & fall times.
The device directly replaces legacy National / Fairchild CD4040B, Motorola MC14040B, RCA HARRIS INTERSIL CD4040B and Texas Instruments CD4040B, CD4040BH.

  • Output Drive Capability: x1 low power schottky TTL Load or x2 low power TTL loads
