The EFM32GG900F512 32-bit Microcontroller in bare die form combines high integration, connectivity and memory needs with low-power. On-chip AES encryption, pulse counter, low-power UART & sensor interface deliver autonomous low-energy consumption.
This bare die MCU suits small-size System-In-Package integration. USB 2.0 compliant connectivity provide >=12 Mbps, integrating 2 kB endpoint buffers & handling >=14 endpoints. Supporting USB host, device and on-the-go config & bootloader over USB.
