D-Type Latch:
The 74HC373 are 8-bit D-type transparent latches with separate D-type inputs for each latch & 3-state outputs for bus oriented applications. Data output changes asynchronously and data may be latched even when the outputs are not enabled.

The device directly replaces legacy National / Fairchild 74HC373, Motorola MC74HC373, RCA HARRIS 74HC373 and Texas Instruments SN74HC373, CD74HC373.
