D-Type Flip-Flop:
Dual D-type flip-flop made in 2.5µm 5V CMOS. Each flip-flop has separate data, set, reset, clock inputs & QQ\ outputs. D-Input level transfers to Q output on positive clock pulse. Set & Reset lines are clock independent, set via high levels.
The device directly replaces legacy Fairchild 54HC74, 54HC74A, National MM54HC74, MM54HC74A, Motorola 54HC74A and Texas Instruments SN54HC74, CD54HC74 or 54HC74. Full military temperature range and suited for high reliability applications.
