Comparator:
x4 independent voltage comparators with 2mV max offset voltage. Wide Input Voltage range with common mode input including ground in Single & Split supply operation. Supply current drain is independent of supply voltage for lower power consumption.
This quad low power low offset voltage comparator is a direct replacement for the National Semiconductor (NSC), Texas Instruments (TI), Fairchild Semiconductor, Motorola, ST Micro and Philips (NXP) LM339A. Also replaces Intersil/RCA/Harris CA339A.
