The LM311 Differential Comparator operates over wide supply voltage range & drives voltages up to 40V at currents up to 50mA. The device is versatile, enabling a range of input / output configurations and includes offset balancing + strobe features.

Direct replacement for legacy Motorola, Fairchild, National,ON, Philips,NXP, ST Micro LM311 series or Texas Instruments (TI) LM311 MDC or MWC. This bare die offers small size & is suited for high integration cost sensitive commercial applications.
