Comparator:
Wide supply voltage dual comparator operating on single/split supply. Single supply produces a common mode range-to-ground. Split supply current drain is independent of voltage for lower power. Interfaces TTL,CMOS & MOS(in split supply config).

Direct replacement for legacy National, Philips, and Texas Instruments LM193A, LM193A or LM193 MD8. This bare die is specified over the full military temperature range with lowered maximum input bias current & lowered maximum input voltage offset.
