NPN Transistor Array:
The LM3046 is a five NPN transistor array on a common monolithic substrate. Two of the transistors are connected to form a differential pair. The device is suitable for use in the DC to VHF range & benefits from tight electrical & thermal matching.
Direct electrical equivalent & mechanical replacement for National Semiconductor (NSC) LM3046, LM3046M & LM3046N. Suits differential & temperature compensated amplifiers or standard discrete transistors. Supplied as Bare Die or SOIC & PDIP package.
