General purpose high voltage small-signal diode in bare die form suits small-size high integration switching applications such as micro SMPS, high frequency DC/DC converters or free wheeling and polarity protection.
Replaces Microsemi (MSC) CDI CD3070, Motorola (MOT), Fairchild (FSC) or National (NSC) 1N3070. Grades H & K are alternatives to JANHC1N3070, JANHCA1N3070 or JANKC1N3070, JANKCA1N3070. MIL-PRF-19500 equivalent flow can also be requested.
