The TIP32C is a 100 Volt 3 Amp PNP Bipolar Power Transistor designed for use in general purpose amplifier and switching applications.
This bare die replaces the legacy Fairchild / ON Semi (FSC, ON) or Microsemi (MSC, PPC) or Central Semi TIP32C. Fast leadtime and stock available.
