NPN RF Bipolar Transistor:
MPSH10 bare die suits use in low noise UHF/VHF amplifiers, with collector currents in the 100 µA to 20 mA range in common emitter or common base mode, and in low frequency drift, high output UHF oscillators. PNP complement is MPSH81
This device directly replaces legacy MPSH10 or MMBTH10 from National (NSC) or Fairchild (FSC). Also replaces MPSH10 from Motorola (MOT), ON Semi (ON) and Zetex (ZTX).
