P-Channel Switch / Chopper:
Single P-Channel JFET Switch. The 2N5115 analog switch is designed for inverting switching into inverting input of an Operational Amplifier.
Well suited for switching and chopper applications this device feature zero offset voltage. The device is a direct replacement for Interfet, Intersil, Motorola, National / Fairchild, Philips, Vishay / Siliconix.
