N-Channel Switch / Chopper:
Low noise Single N-Channel JFET switch. The J111 N-channel JFET is optimised for low noise high performance switching. The part is particularly suitable for use in low noise audio amplifiers.
Featuring low leakage and fast switching time this device is a direct replacement for Interfet, Intersil, Motorola, National / Fairchild, Philips, Vishay / Siliconix J111 or SST111 & Toshiba 2SJ111.
