N-Channel Switch / Chopper:
Low noise Single N-Channel JFET switch. The J110 N-channel JFET is optimised for low noise high performance switching. The part is particularly suitable for use in low noise audio amplifiers.
Suited for switching & chopper applications this device features low on resistance with fast turn-on time. The device directly replaces Interfet, Intersil, Motorola, National / Fairchild, Philips, Vishay / Siliconix J110 or SST110 & Toshiba 2SJ110.
