High Gain N-Channel JFET amplifier. The J202 N-channel JFET is optimised for high gain and is particularly suitable for use in low power or high impedance amplifiers
This device features low cutoff voltage and high gain and is a direct replacement for Interfet, Intersil, Motorola, National / Fairchild, Philips, Vishay / Siliconix J202 or SST202.
