N-Channel high frequency JFET with very low noise figure and exceptional gain. The 2N4416 N-channel JFET is designed to provide high-performance amplification at high frequencies.
Featuring very low noise figure & exceptional gain this device replaces Interfet, Intersil, Motorola, National / Fairchild, Philips, Vishay / Siliconix 2N4416, PN4116, SST4416 & 2N5484, PN5484, 2N5485, PN5485, 2N5486 or PN5486.
