N-Channel Low Leakage:
Very High Input Impedance N-Channel JFET Amplifier. The 2N5301 N-channel JFET is designed to provide performance amplification at low frequencies and with low noise.
Featuring high input impedance and high gain this device is a direct replacement for Interfet, Intersil, Motorola, National / Fairchild, Philips, Vishay / Siliconix LF5301, PF5301 or 2N5301.
