PNP Bipolar Transistor:
The Fairchild (now ON Semi) 2N4209 is an Ultra-High-Speed Saturated Switch PNP transistor suited for high frequency Switch and Amplifier Applications. NPN complement is 2N2369A.
This Fairchild (now ON Semi) 2N4209 bare die provides an unparalleled combination of low saturation voltage with high gain for saturated switch applications. Backside is metalized with gold for hi-rel die attach.
