The Fairchild (now ON Semi) 2N3640 or PN3640 is an Ultra-High-Speed Saturated Switch PNP transistor suited for high frequency Switch and Amplifier Applications. NPN complement is 2N2369A.
This Fairchild (now ON Semi) 2N3640 / PN3640 bare die provides an unparalleled combination of low saturation voltage with high gain for saturated switch applications. Backside is metalized with gold for hi-rel die attach.
