Bare Die Product Detail: MS8883A

Proximity:
The MS8883A capacitive switch digitally detects capacitance change on a remote sensing plate. Static capacitance changes are automatically compensated using continuous auto-calibration. Remote sensing plates connect to the IC via coaxial cable.
The MS8883 offers designers a high degree of flexibility with configurable output and wide 3V to 9V operating voltage range and also demonstrates low power consumption. Bare die form provides smallest form factor for integration.
