Analog Temperature Sensor:
The LM335A linear-output temperature sensor operates over a wide -40°C to 100°C temperature range & can be specifically calibrated for the application. The small size, low impedance and linear output of the device enables simple circuit integration.
This part directly replaces legacy National Semiconductor (NSC) / Texas Instruments (TI) LM335A MWC OR LM335A MDC and ST Micro LM335A
