This device suits hybrid & MCM designers needing high reliability with fixed -5V negative voltage regulation. This bare die directly replaces National (TI) LM79L05A, LM79L05AC & Motorola (MOT) or ON Semi MC79L05A, MCC79L05A, MC79L05AC & MCC79L05AC.
