The 7809AC 9-Volt positive regulator delivers 1.5A output current & is ruggedized with internal current limiting, thermal shut-down & safe area protection. No external components are needed other than to enhance performance & design flexibility.
Suiting hybrid & MCM designers needing high reliability with fixed 9V positive voltage regulation. This bare die directly replaces National (TI) LM7809AC, UA7809A & Motorola (MOT) or ON Semi MC7809AC or MCC7809AC.
