Bare Die Product Detail: IRS2106

Low-Side & High-Side:
600V Independent Low-Side & High-Side High Voltage gate driver IC with typical 0.29A source and 0.6A sink currents supplied in bare die form for driving IGBTs and MOSFETs.
Using latch immune CMOS technology, this rugged IC accepts CMOS or TTL input down to 3.3V logic

  • Floating gate driver designed for bootstrap operation
  • Fully operational to +600 V
  • Tolerant to negative transient voltage, dV/dt immune
  • Gate drive supply range from 10V to 20V
  • Undervoltage lockout for both channels
  • 3.3V, 5V and 15V logic input compatible
  • Matched propagation delay for both channels
  • Logic and power ground +/- 5 V offset
  • Lower di/dt gate driver for better noise immunity
