The S1C17M13 is a low power 16-Bit Flash based MCU integrating multiple serial interfaces and a five-digit seven-segment LED controller.
This bare die suits use in seven-segment control panel integration for domestic or industrial equipment. It's power efficiency, small-scale and flexible interfacing provide ease of implementation.
