Ultra-Low Power MCU+LCD Driver:
The S1C17705 is a low power 16-Bit Flash based MCU integrating multiple serial interfaces, timers and LCD driver. An integrated RF converter and 10-Bit ADC further broaden the application scope permitting multiple analog sensors to be connected.
This bare die is ideal for applications, such as remote controllers, health care products, and sports watches, that must be driven with battery power and require sensor interfaces and a high-definition LCD display.
