Ultra-Low Power MCU+LCD Driver:
The S1C17653 is a low power 16-Bit Flash based MCU integrating multiple serial interfaces, timers and LCD driver.
This bare die suits use for battery driven applications with up to 80-seg LCD, such as OTP (One Time Password) products, Price TAG, and watches. It's power efficiency, small-scale and flexible interfacing provide ease of implementation.
