Bare Die Product Detail: 74LV139

Decoder/Encoder/Multiplexer:
x2 independent 1–of–4 decoders, decoding a 2 bit address to 1–of–4 active–low outputs. Active–low Selects facilitate the demultiplexing & cascading functions. Demultiplexing uses Address inputs to select desired device output & Select as data input.
The device directly replaces legacy Philips / NXP / Nexperia 74LV139 and Texas Instruments SN74LV139A. This device is optimized for low voltage operation and interfaces both low voltage CMOS and TTL
