Decoder/Encoder/Multiplexer:
The 54HC138 3-Line to 8-Line Decoder/Demultiplexer is produced on a 2.5µm 5V CMOS process combining high speed LSTTL performance with CMOS low power consumption. Inputs are compatible with CMOS outputs & also LSTTL outputs via pull-up resistors.
The device is designed to operate across the full military temperature range and is well suited for high reliability applications. The device directly replaces legacy National 54HC138, Motorola 54HC138 and Texas Instruments SN54HC138, CD54HC138.
