The 74HCT86 Quad Exclusive OR Gate is made on a 2.5µm 5V CMOS process. Device inputs directly accept standard CMOS outputs & LSTTL outputs. The device performs Boolean functions Y = A⊕B = A\B + AB\ in positive logic.

Direct replacement for Fairchild 74HCT86, National 74HCT86, Motorola 74HCT86 & Texas Instruments (TI) or Harris SN74CT86, CD74HCT86.
