XOR (Exclusive OR) Gate:
The 74AC86 Quad Exclusive OR Gate is made on a 1.5µm 5V CMOS process. Device inputs are compatible with standard CMOS outputs & LSTTL outputs via pull-up resistors. The device performs Boolean functions Y = A⊕B = A\B + AB\ in positive logic.
Direct replacement for legacy Fairchild 74AC86, National 74AC86, Motorola 74AC86 & Texas Instruments SN74AC86, CD74AC86.
