The 54ACT86 Quad Exclusive OR Gate is made on an advanced 5V CMOS process. Device inputs are directly compatible with both standard CMOS and TTL outputs. The device performs Boolean functions Y = A⊕B = A\B + AB\ in positive logic.
Direct replacement for legacy Fairchild 54ACT86, National 54ACT86, Motorola 54ACT86 & Texas Instruments SN54ACT86, CD54ACT86. This device is specified to operate over the full military temperature range & suited for high reliability applications.
