NAND Gate:
74ACT38 provides x4 independent 2-input NAND gates performing Boolean function Y = (A • B)\ or Y = A\ + B\. Inputs directly accept standard CMOS outputs & LSTTL outputs. Open-drain outputs enable wired-OR or wired-AND functionality.
The device is a functional replacement for the obsoleted National 74F38, Fairchild 74F38 and Texas Instruments SN74F38. The device provides the same speed of the F series with the same TTL input functionality.
