Inverting Buffer/Driver:
The CD4049B Inverting Hex Buffer is fabricated on a 3µm 15CMOS process & is used as a Hex Buffer, CMOS to TTL converter or CMOS current driver. Logic levels convert on single supply & VIH can exceed VDD due to modified inputs.
Direct replacement for legacy Fairchild CD4049B, National CD4049B, Motorola MC14049B, Harris or RCA CD4049BH & Texas Instruments CD4049BE. Operates over the full military temperature range & is well suited for high reliability applications.
