Inverting Buffer/Driver:
High voltage Hex Schmitt Trigger with typical 0.0005V/°C stability over temperature (V_DD=10V). Hysteresis of 0.2 V_DD is guaranteed. Outputs are both CMOS & LPTTL compatible. Inputs are diode clamped for ESD protection.

Direct replacement for National Semiconductor / Texas Instruments and Fairchild Semiconductor CD40106BC or CD40106B. Available in Bare Die or 14-lead SOIC, 14-lead ceramic DIP & 14-lead PDIP packages.
