Inverting Buffer/Driver:
The 74LS14 Hex Schmitt-Trigger Inverter is produced on a 2µm 40V Bipolar process. The device performs Boolean function Y=Ā in positive logic. The Schmitt-Trigger hysteresis voltage “squares up” slow input rise & fall times in noisy environments.
The device directly replaces legacy National / Fairchild DM74LS14, Motorola MC74LS14, RCA HARRIS 74LS14 and Texas Instruments SN74LS4, CD74LS14.
