Bare Die Product Detail: 74AC05

Inverting Buffer/Driver:
74AC05 consists of x6 independent inverters with open-drain outputs which can connect with other open-drain outputs to form active LOW wired-OR or active HIGH wired-AND logic functions. Open drain outputs need pullup resistors to perform correctly.

The device directly replaces legacy Motorola (MOT) MC74AC05, RCA HARRIS CD74AC05 and Texas Instruments (TI) CD74AC05.
