Inverting Buffer/Driver:
The 54HCT04 Hex Inverter is produced on a 2.5µm 5V CMOS process. The device performs Boolean function Y=Ā in positive logic & commonly interfaces TTL or NMOS outputs to High–Speed CMOS inputs. Device inputs directly accept LSTTL or CMOS.
Direct replacement for legacy Fairchild 54HCT04, National 54HCT04, Motorola 54HCT04 & Texas Instruments SN54HCT04, CD54HCT04. Device operates over the full military temperature range & is well suited for high reliability applications.
