1.225V precision x2 terminal shunt mode bandgap voltage reference with initial 0.5% accuracy, 15ppm/°C temp coefficient & 45µA to 25mA shunt current capability. Suits space-critical or hi-rel applications & requires no external stabilizing capacitor
This bare die is suited for hybrid & MCM designers needing high reliability, high integration & stability at temperature. Directly replaces the Micrel / Microchip LM4040DY-1.2
