Digital Temperature Sensor:
The MS1088 bare die is a fully integrated tested and calibrated digital low power temperature sensor with a typical temperature measurement accuracy of ±0.3°C. It offers digital SPI or I2C interface and battery end-of-life (EOL) detection.
This bare die temperature sensor uses single-point compensation to deliver +/-0.3°C accuracy over 0°C to 45°C at ultra-low power consumption. The device suits remote monitoring & wearables or local applications with intermittent sense requirements.
