Comparator:
x4 independent voltage comparators with 2mV typ offset voltage. Wide Input Voltage range with common mode input including ground in Single & Split supply operation. Supply current drain is independent of supply voltage for lower power consumption.

This industrial temperature quad low power low offset voltage comparator is a direct replacement for the National Semiconductor (NSC) or Texas Instruments (TI) LM239 & ST Micro or Philips (NXP) LM239. Also replaces Harris/RCA/Intersil CA239.
