Comparator:
x4 independent voltage comparators with 2mV max offset voltage. Wide Input Voltage range with common mode input including ground in Single & Split supply operation. Supply current drain is independent of supply voltage for lower power consumption.
This quad low power low offset voltage comparator is characterized over the military temperature range and is a direct replacement for National Semiconductor (NSC), Texas Instruments (TI) & ST Micro LM139A. Also replaces Harris /RCA/Intersil CA139A.
