NPN Transistor Array:
The SiS3046 is a five NPN transistor array on a common monolithic substrate. Two of the transistors are connected to form a differential pair. The device is suitable for use in the DC to VHF range & benefits from tight electrical & thermal matching.

SiS3046 is a direct electrical equivalent & mechanical replacement for obsolete Intersil CA3046 & National Semiconductor LM3046. Suited for use in differential & temperature compensated amplifiers or as discrete transistors in conventional circuits.
