NPN Transistor Array:
The LM3086 is a five NPN transistor array on a common monolithic substrate. Two of the transistors are connected to form a differential pair. The device is suitable for use in the DC to VHF range & benefits from tight electrical & thermal matching.
Direct electrical & mechanical replacement for National Semiconductor (NSC) LM3086 or LM3086N. For use in differential & temperature compensated amplifiers or discrete transistors in standard circuits. Available in bare die + SOIC, PDIP, CERDIP.
