Ultra-Fast Recovery:
The MURC1520 is a 200V 15A ultra-fast rectifier diode suitable for use in general purpose rectification applications such as switch-mode power supplies (SMPS), inverters, converters and also operating as free wheeling diodes.

Best in class direct replacement for legacy Motorola MUR1520 (MOT) and ON Semiconductor (ON) or Sensitron MURC1520. Automatically fits all legacy and current footprints due to equal to or less than die size.

175°C operating junction temperature
Low forward voltage drop: 0.935V maximum at 25°C
